Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
SAYAKA DAVIS will accept, for return or exchange, for (only) full price merchandise purchased online. (All sale items and discount items are final. No Exceptions.) Please note that due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders and orders to U.S. territories are FINAL SALE. For a full refund or exchange, mail out items within 14 days from the date of receipt of original order. All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise perfect condition with original tags attached.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, less any shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company and/or bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. To request a return, please contact at info@sayakadavis.com with your full name and order #. When you receive email confirmation that your return is approved, send us the item you'd like to return and include the original packing slip in your shipment.
