Refund policy

HOLIDAY GIFT RECEIPT & RETURNS
To make gift-giving easier, all purchases made between December 8 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged until January 10, 2026.
We’re happy to provide a gift receipt so your recipient can make an exchange if needed. Please leave us a note at checkout requesting one.
Please note that items must be unworn and in their original condition.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise purchased online.
Please note the following:

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale. No exceptions.

  • Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders and orders shipped to U.S. territories are final sale.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with original tags attached.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    For U.S. domestic orders, a flat rate of $10 for outbound shipping and $10 for return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, less any shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company and/or bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. To request a return, please contact at info@sayakadavis.com with your full name and order #.  When you receive email confirmation that your return is approved, send us the item you'd like to return and include the original packing slip in your shipment.
