SAYAKA DAVIS’s Dad Fit Denim draws inspiration from the classic dad jean silhouette, reimagined with a thoughtful balance of proportion. Designed with a low-rise waist and a dropped inseam, it offers relaxed volume through the thigh for a laid-back yet intentional shape. The hem width is calibrated to be neither too slim nor too wide, allowing it to pair seamlessly with both heels and sneakers. Crafted from 12.5 oz organic cotton denim, this fabric preserves the authentic character of classic denim while offering a lighter, softer touch.
Each black denim pair is individually hand-sanded by skilled artisans using specialized tools, creating natural variations and a nuanced fade. A cactus-colored overdye is then layered on top, lending depth and a distinctive, dimensional tone.
A character-rich piece that balances craftsmanship with a quietly expressive finish.
